2024 H1b filings this March for F1 student already in the US

Referred to Kairos tech by acquaintances regarding exploring the feasibility of filing H1b visa thi 2024 FY in March for AML professionals (Anti Money Laundering Transaction Monitoring) currently on F1 visa already in the US.
