The position, Salesforce Administrator requires experience to analyze the company’s requirement, customize and configure Salesforce platform including development, all technical (system) requirements and manage Salesforce security including Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules, and Workflows. Generate Custom report and Dashboard. Manage operational requests, support which includes customer analysis, and troubleshoot issues. Evaluate new Salesforce releases to determine functional requirement and potential changes detailed to report the management on how new changes will apply to all related departments and Company’s Salesforce Org.
