Network Voice/VoIP Engineer

Responsible for the installation, layout, and maintenance of all Network Voice / VOIP Engineer components within a company; analyze and provide technical support for data communications network or group of Network Engineer in the company. Participate in testing process of the telephony from switches to phones, servers, clients, and, in some cases, peripheral or third-party devices, for feature functionality and verification of a quality product for voice and telephony, conferencing, messaging, presence and Instant Messaging (IM), clients, and communications applications for Unified Communications system Enterprise Software.  Working on UCCE installation and Practical understanding of UCCE Deployment models Troubleshooting VoIP protocols SIP, and UCCE Voice deployment models. Developing automation tools for network and Voice equipment maintenance using latest Call Manager features  resulted in more efficiency of time.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
