Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent with relevant work experience.
Migrate Video Endpoints from outdated VCS to CUCM; Upgradation of Telepresence Management Suite Server software versions whenever required; Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary; Maintain and administer Voice over internet protocol Networks and related computing environments including video endpoints software upgrades and all other related configurations; Plan, coordinate and implement VOIP security measure to protect data, software and operating system software; Implement and provide technical support for voice and video services and equipment, such as private branch exchange, voice mail system, and telecom systems; Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs; Operate VOIP master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and Netowork and to coordinate computer Network access and use; Research new technologies by attending seminars, reading trade articles, live events, or taking classes, and implement or recommend the implementation of new technologies; Deploy IP telephony setup for multisite campus with centralized call processing.
