Establish relationship with hiring managers
Understand clients’ objectives and needs
Build a network and mine for client contacts and accounts
Maintain the database on various skill sets
Work with the recruiting team to identify qualified candidates for opportunities
Maintain the relationship with clients and with the consultants
Ensure smooth recruitment process
Submit qualified candidates to clients in the shortest possible time


At least 3-5 years of accomplished experience in IT Staff Augmentation as an Account Rep or Account/Bench Sales Manager
Proven success in achieving sales objectives and quotas
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry
Good Knowledge on US Tax terms like W2, 1099, Corp to Corp etc
Vendor communication/relationship management
Good knowledge in sourcing resumes with different job portals
Excellent networking skills
Good exposure with IT terminology

This is a position for our office in Irving, TX, USA.
