Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent with relevant work experience.
Support day to day incidents assigned to me by my supervisor using Remedy and Service-now ticketing systems; Updating (Add/Remove/Modify) the network devices in CMDB(Configuration Management Database) for inventory management ; Continuous Monitoring of existing VOIP PBX system with Solarwinds and work with NOC (Network Operations Center) for troubleshooting the issues; Consult with users and evaluate requirements, recommend designs, provide cost analyses, plan projects, and coordinate tasks for installation of data/voice networks; Troubleshooting the SIP (Session Initiation Protocols) calls using Cisco Real time monitoring Tool.
